Returns
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
